Lift the Barriers: Dance is for Eveyone
Lift the Barriers is a dance class for individuals with special needs at Vancil Performing Arts Center in Quincy. They are determined to give these individuals the same chance that everyone else has in the community.
Downhill, non-motorized, double elimination car race. Each car is inspected, equipped with a Harness, padded steering wheel, hand brake, & buddy driver. Located at 18th & Hollister Whitney Way, Quincy, IL
